Take back your time, gently and for good. Over 10 weeks we unpack motivation, procrastination and self-confidence, then build a personalised toolbox of systems, habits and scripts so you can protect your priorities, reclaim energy and get real work done. Practical, behavioural and friendly; no hocus pocus, just tools that work.
Programme overview
Format: 10 weekly live group sessions (75 minutes each), small cohort (recommended 6–10 people), plus a private chat group, downloadable workbook and weekly micro-challenges.
Goal: Programme gives each participant a personalised, evidence-based toolkit to reduce time wasted, increase focus and confidence, and create routines and boundaries that stick.
Core themes: motivation, procrastination, self confidence, energy management, practical systems, boundaries, delegation and planning.
Measurable outcomes (what you will finish with)

Between sessions
• Short micro-challenges each week (3–7 days) so learning is practised.
• Accountability buddy pairs for weekly check-ins.
• Private chat group for questions, wins and accountability.
• Optional 15-minute mid-programme 1:1 check-in
