Struggling with Stiff Shoulders? Release Stress Fast with Micro-Movements

Move 1: Shoulder Lift & Drop

  1. Sit or stand tall.

  2. Inhale, lift your shoulders toward your ears.

  3. Exhale, drop shoulders slowly.

  4. Repeat 5 times, noticing the sensation of release.

Move 2: Neck Stretch

  1. Sit tall, relax shoulders down.

  2. Gently tilt your head to the right, bringing your ear toward your shoulder.

  3. Hold 10–15 seconds, breathe deeply.

  4. Switch sides.

  5. Optional: gently rotate your head side to side, slowly.

Move 3: Chest Opener

  1. Interlace fingers behind your back.

  2. Straighten arms gently and lift chest toward the ceiling.

  3. Hold 10 seconds, breathe.

  4. Repeat 3 times
