Move 1: Shoulder Lift & Drop

Sit or stand tall.

Inhale, lift your shoulders toward your ears.

Exhale, drop shoulders slowly.

Sit tall, relax shoulders down.

Gently tilt your head to the right, bringing your ear toward your shoulder.
